Gemma Mason is a registered Psychotherapist, in Canada (Ontario) and the UK with the CRPO and the BACP, and abides by both organisations' codes of conduct, and ethical principals.
As a brief insight into some background, Gem is also a Specialist Practitioner Occupational Health Nurse, working within large organisations, focussing on employee health and well being.
Gem focusses on how a positive therapeutic relationship can achieve lasting change for an individual, and how this can happen through relational psychotherapy. Gem is also currently training in EMDR and Narrative therapy, and has a long term interest in Ericksonian Core Principals. The Psychotherapy work can be tailored to suit your needs, from short term, solution focussed to longer term deeper work.
Gem continues to have a passion for learning, understanding behaviour, and motivations, and a determination to work with assisting individuals make positive change. She often tends to look beyond, the barriers we set ourselves, and what we can be feel is possible.
